Miles Detailing Company – Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with Miles Detailing Company, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
We provide mobile detailing for cars and trucks, including interior and exterior cleaning, stain removal, pet hair removal, and more. Services may vary based on vehicle condition, location, and availability.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for missed appointments or short-notice cancellations.

3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App, & Apple Pay . A travel fee may apply for locations beyond 25 miles.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure access to the vehicle and provide a safe, legal, and level work area. Please remove personal items and valuables prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability
While we take great care, Miles Detailing Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage due to unstable weather or working conditions. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

7. Use of Vehicle Photos
We may photograph vehicles before and after detailing for marketing or quality assurance. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
